Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included, and pack it into a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Florida Drone Supply
Affix the RMA label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware and serial numbers, your refund or store credit will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
